The search giant knows what it takes to be successful in the tech industry and it is a company that should be feared.

One of the major problems with Apple's iPad is its lack of multitasking.

Chrome OS affords several luxuries, including off-site storage, availability whenever (and wherever) a Web connection is available.
4. Chrome OS Is Built for Lightweight Design

Chrome OS has one advantage that might prove to be Apple's biggest obstacle: It can run on any vendor's computer. Apple's software will run only on the iPad. That's important. The more vendors that offer Chrome OS, the more likely the market will try it out. If users like what they see, they might just opt for a Chrome OS machine, rather than an iPad.

Google Tablet Concept with Chome OS
The Rumors of the Google Tablet powered by Chrome OS stated in the end of 2009 and now, there seems to be further confirmation that Google is going to enter the tablet word. A series of mockups or Chrome OS Tablet concept photos and a video have surfaced on the Official Chromium Project website.
But all this Images and the next Video are nothing more than a concept, they were all created by Google Chrome’s designer Glen Murphy. This means a Chrome OS Tablet could not look so different from all those photos.
